Got a case of the Monday blues?? Banish the blues with a blueberry shake or smoothie!!
Blueberry Hemp Seed Protein Shake
1c Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Vega One French Vanilla)
½- 1c Blueberries (I used frozen, frozen berries will make it thicker)
1-3 TBSP Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
Put everything in a Blender or Magic Bullet, blend, and enjoy!!

Blueberry Banana Hemp Seed Smoothie
1c Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
½ – 1c Blueberries (frozen will make it thicker)
½ Frozen banana
1-2TBSP Hemp Seeds
Put everything in a Blender or Magic Bullet, blend, and enjoy!! If using 1 cup of frozen blueberries and a half of a frozen banana you may need to add a splash more milk if too thick.
Hemp Seeds a great source of protein and contain Omega 3 and 6!
