Pumpkin Chai Protein Shake


This has to be one of my all time favorite shakes, I could drink it everyday! The pumpkin makes this shake so thick and creamy!


Pumpkin Chai Protein Shake

Makes 1 serving

1c almond milk, or non dairy milk of choice (used So Delicious Unsweetened Almond Milk Plus, for extra protein)

1/2c pumpkin puree, great with frozen pumpkin puree (can use more pumpkin if you want)

1 scoop chai protein powder (used Vega One Chai)*

ice, optional

sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, optional


*You can also use Vega One Vanilla or Vega Performance Protein Vanilla and add a little cinnamon and or pumpkin pie spice.


In a Vitamix or high-speed blender blend milk, pumpkin, protein powder, and optional ice until smooth. Pour into glass and sprinkle with a little pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
