This is a smoothie I will throw together for the girls in the morning, or after a long day of playing outside, and they love it. Quick, easy, and healthy. We will also had hemp seeds, flax seed, and greens to most of our smoothies but this one is just pure fruit!
2 oranges, peel removed*
half a mango
1 cup fresh pineapple, chunks
1 large banana, frozen (frozen makes it thick and creamy!)
6 coconut water, or water (use CoCos Pure Coconut Water)
*If not using a Vitamix or high-speed blender or you don’t want pulp just use juice from two oranges or 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice.
In a Vitamix or high-speed blender blend everything together. Pour into two glasses, garnish with optional orange wedge, and enjoy!
