Who doesn’t love a smore? I grew up making smores and we always make them when we go camping. This is a fun twist on a classic. I am not going to say it is healthy but, I have to say I think it is better than the traditional one but that is only my opinion. These can be enjoyed hot or cold. These are so delcious and fun to make camping or at home!
Smore Quesadilla
Tortilla (used Ezekiel 4:9 Taco Size Whole Grain Tortillas)
Chocolate Peanut Butter (used Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams)
Fluff (Peanut Butter & Co Fluff)
Spread chocolate peanut butter on half of the tortilla and fluff on the other half and fold in half. Place in a large skillet or on a griddle heated on medium heat. Cook just to warm up and brown outside and flip and cook other side slightly. Place on a cutting board and slice into wedges with a pizza cutter. To make on a campfire we put them in foil and put them on a grate over the fire for only a minute or so on each side, not too long. Enjoy!
The options are endless as to combos you can make with this!
