In a breakfast or snack rut? Looking for a simple fresh dessert? Try these delicious protein packed peaches!


For this recipe you will need:

1 ripe peach

Yogurt of choice (I like to use Organic Plain Non Fat Greek or Siggi’s Icelandic Skyr)

2 Deglet Noor Dates

1 TBSP pecan halves (about 5 halves)

1 TBSP Raw Shelled Hemp Seed

Dash of cinnamon


For kids or alternative version omit pecans and dates. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and cinnamon then drizzle with honey!


In a small food processor or magic bullet grind dates and pecans until rough coarse crumble. Or chop dates by hand and chop/ smash pecans to pieces. Stir hemp seeds in with the dates and pecans, this will be your topping.

Wash and slice peach in half and remove pit. Lay halves middle side up and spoon yogurt into center of each peach half, top with crumble topping, and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Enjoy!
