Whipping up another green smoothie as we approach St. Patricks Day. This one is lighter, refreshing smoothie that I light to enjoy in the summer but it is good anytime!
Cucumber Kiwi Cooler
Makes 2 servings
11.1 ounces coconut water (used CoCos Pure Coconut Water)
3 1/2-4″ cucumber, chunks (I keep the peel on mine)
2 kiwi peeled and quartered
1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder, optional (used Navitas Naturals Wheat Grass Powder)
1-2 c ice, optional
In a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, blend everything together until smooth. Enjoy!
