Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein Shake
makes 1 serving
1c almond milk (used Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, only 30 calories!)
1 TBSP cashew butter
1 TBSP toasted coconut (Let’s Do Organic Shredded Unsweetened)
1 TBSP chocolate chips or cacao nibs
In a small pan heated to medium add coconut and turn to medium low and stir toasting coconut. Set aside to cool. In a Vitamix or high-speed blender blend almond milk, protein powder, cashew butter, and toasted coconut until smooth. Add chocolate chips and cup, or desired amount of ice and blend. Pour into glass, garnish with a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cookie (Raw), and enjoy!
