Sometimes the simplest things are so delicious! Blueberries are finally ready to be picked, so off to the farm we went to pick them! This is great with fresh or frozen berries. This tastes just like a blueberry cakebatter shake my husband use to get at a local ice cream shop.
Blueberry Protein Shake
Makes 1 serving
1c coconut, almond, or non dairy milk of choice (used So Delicious Unsweetened Almond Milk Plus, for extra protein)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (used Vega Sport Vanilla Performance Protein)
1c blueberries (used fresh berries)
In a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, blend milk, protein, and berries together until smooth. Enjoy!
